1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use win8, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. win8 does not permit anyone under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You may only hold one account on win8. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from the win8 platform.

win8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified will be suspended until documentation is provided and reviewed.

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our account security and compliance procedures, win8 requires all players to complete identity verification before withdrawal requests can be processed. The KYC process involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID, which may include:

• Philippine Passport

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on win8 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit, betting, or withdrawal process.

Deposits are accepted through Philippine online banking, InstaPay, PESONet, and local e-wallets available in the Philippines. win8 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or wagering.

Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered Philippine bank account or local e-wallet. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The name on the receiving bank account or e-wallet must match the name on your registered win8 account.
• win8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.

• win8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and may request further documentation before processing.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on win8 are subject to the specific rules of each market and game type, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bets are only confirmed once accepted by the system and a confirmation is displayed on your bet slip or account. A bet is not valid until you receive this confirmation.
• win8 displays odds in decimal format by default. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.

win8 offers betting on sports including PBA basketball, NBA, volleyball, boxing, football, and esports titles including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Market availability and coverage may vary by season and event schedule.

5. Promotions and Bonuses

win8 may offer promotions, bonuses, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant Promotions page at the time of offer.

General conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are available to eligible players who meet the stated requirements at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds and free bets may not be withdrawn directly and are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Your responsibilities as an account holder include:

• Never sharing your password, OTP, or account access with another person.

• Notifying win8 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered mobile number and email address current so that security notifications reach you promptly.

win8 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, provided that we have acted in good faith on instructions given using your registered login details.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on win8 and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform or place bets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent wagering.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform for financial gain.
• Attempting to manipulate promotional offers or wagering requirements through coordinated or artificial play.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
